FOX23's 2008 Move it! Family

Fifty-one-year-old Brian Power recently won a battle with colon cancer, and now wants to change his eating habits and get back in shape. LeeAnne Power, 41, says she wants to get fit, and improve her overall health, which includes lowering her blood pressure.

The couple's two daughters, 13 year-old Sarah and 9 year-old Lucy are both active kids, but LeeAnne says she wants to make sure their youngest (who's already a big fan of chicken nuggets) doesn't develop bad eating habits.

All four will attempt to accomplish their goals with the help of a personal trainer and nutritionist for the next 12 months. Their journey to fitness will be featured during FOX23 newscasts.
